A robotics technology company has completed the iterative upgrade of its six-axis flexible mechanical arm, focusing on optimizing the mechanical structure and motion control algorithm of industrial robots. The upgraded mechanical arm adopts a lightweight alloy structural design, which reduces the overall self-weight by 20% while ensuring structural rigidity, and greatly improves the flexibility and response speed of operation. The repeated positioning accuracy of the mechanical arm reaches 0.02mm, which can adapt to complex and diverse automated production scenarios.
Different from traditional rigid mechanical arms, the new product adds flexible buffer mechanical components, which can effectively avoid component collision damage in the process of high-speed operation. It is widely used in automated assembly, product handling, precision welding and other links in automobile manufacturing, electronic processing and household appliance production lines. At present, the optimized mechanical arm has been put into trial operation in multiple intelligent factories, significantly improving the automation level and production efficiency of the production line.
